Shipping policy

- Orders will be shipped through the United States Post Office.

- We do NOT pay for insurance on your packages, so it is strongly recommended to do so on your behalf as precious items are being shipped.

- Orders are intended to be shipped during 1 of 2 weekly trips to the post office. No orders should take more than 5 days to be shipped out unless the owner has a sudden emergency.

- We have mentioned in the "terms of service," but will mention again that Gem Reveal is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please closely monitor your tracking number to stay on top of movement updates.
